FREE Well-Being Lunch and Learn - "Why Practice? Aligning Your Practice with Your Purpose"

Objectives: John Schneider is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who developed the embedded mental health program at UW Law School and is in his seventh year as its Counselor. His session will focus on finding the “why” of your work. Individuals in the law profession are often motivated by beliefs in social justice and harmony, but find themselves pulled in directions that conflict with their goals. Learning objectives will include finding solutions to burnout when professional obligations mismatch with personal ethics, and realigning those professional and personal values. Register here.

The Paralegal Association of Wisconsin is pleased to announce
a $550 scholarship for the Fall 2026 semester.
All supporting materials must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday, August 14, 2026. Submissions should be sent to admin@wisconsinparalegals.com. The recipient will be selected no later than Friday, August 21, 2026. The scholarship check will be issued upon receipt of the student’s proof of enrollment for the upcoming semester.
