All members are welcome, but the presentation is designed for junior IP paralegals and those with no intellectual property experience who'd like to explore it as a career option - or simply learn more about European IP. Focus will be given to international patent filing and understanding paralegal and attorney roles in patent workflows, and how U.S. and UK paralegals can partner effectively. The new Unitary Patent option and the Unified Patent Court will also be discussed. Fun IP facts and trivia will be included to keep things lively and interesting.
